Fully designed and built three hockey playing robots for completion against classmates in the annual ROBOCKEY competition. Our team came in 2nd place. Robots are fully autonomous and navigate the rink using cameras that identify a constellation of IR LEDs. Robots find the puck and push it towards the opponents goal. Heavy weight accompanied, powerful motors, and an intelligent control system allowed the robots dominate the rink.
